Ahead of the release of his Cancer4Cure album, El-P will play live at London’s Alexandra Palace on 27th May.  The hip-hop pioneer has just been added to the bill for the I’ll Be Your Mirror festival, curated by Mogwai and All Tomorrow’s Parties – click here for full line-up and event info.  El-P is also confirmed to play Primavera Festival, Barcelona on 31st May.

Girls will play their only UK show of 2012 on May 28th at The Forum in London. After their triumphant appearance at Coachella Festival recently, Girls will appear as a full eight piece band including the wonderful backing singers that have accompanied them on key shows recently. Support will come from Weird Dreams.

To celebrate the upcoming show check out Girls’ Christopher Owens performing the unreleased – but aptly titled – ‘Back To London’ at Ratio 3 Gallery in San Francisco. It was filmed by Ryan McGinley as part of his Life Adjustment Center show.
